The iEP-5000G, iEP-9010E, and iEPF-9010S attained Intel® Premium Industrial PC Program Certification

ASRock Industrial is excited that our Robust Edge AIoT Platform have successfully earned the certification of Intel® Premium Industrial PC Program. This includes the iEP-5000G-000, certified at the Industrial Controls Premium Grade, the iEP-9010E with Machine Vision Premium Grade, and the iEPF-9010S-EY4 at the Premium Select Grade. This achievement reflects ASRock Industrial's commitment to high-end product quality and performance for various industrial and edge AIoT applications. These certified devices feature Intel® Industrial grade CPUs, flexible I/Os, ensuring industrial-grade reliability and certifications like IEC, CE, and FCC in adherence to quality standards. Additionally, they have passed Intel® EII (Edge Insights for Industrial) and ECI (Edge Controls for Industrial) qualifications, making them ideal for complex operations, improving precision, and efficiency in machine vision and industrial control applications.

The iEP-5000G-000 received the Industrial Controls Premium Grade Level

The fanless and rugged iEP-5000G-000 Industrial IoT Controller, equipped with the Intel® Atom® x6425RE Processor and dual-channel DDR4 3200MHz memory up to 32GB, meets premium-grade standards. The Series offers a range of I/O ports, including one VGA, one HDMI 2.0b, three RJ45 Ethernet, two USB 3.2, two USB 2.0, one M.2 Key M slot for storage, one M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, and one M.2 Key B slot for 4G LTE/5G connectivity, along with three COM ports (RS232/422/485) and four DI/DO ports. With reliable MTBF of 679,927 hours at 25°C, it can operate in challenging conditions with a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, still keeping vibration and shock durability. Conforming to CE/FCC Class A standards (EN61000-6-4/-2) and IEC 62368-1 regulations for industrial-grade reliability, the iEP-5000G-000 fulfills Intel® ECI (Edge Controls for Industrial) qualifications, ensuring real-time processing and management for efficient industrial operations.

iEP-9010E achieved the Machine Vision Premium Grade Level

The iEP-9010E Robust Edge AIoT Platform, powered by 12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors, achieves Machine Vision Premium Grade certification. It ensures reliable I/O flexibility through one VGA, one HDMI, one DP, five RJ45 Ethernet, six USB3.2, one M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, and one M.2 Key B slot for 4G/5G connectivity, while supporting M.2 Key M storage and up to 128GB of DDR4 memory. The iEP-9010E surpasses the requirements of the premium grade with excellent features of four COM (RS232/422/485) ports, two COM (RS232) ports, and eight DI/DO ports. This platform boasts impressive endurance, with a high MTBF of 356,922 hours at 25°C, a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 70°C), and exceptional vibration and shock tolerance. The system also complies with EMC and regulatory standards and is well-suited for machine vision applications, thanks to its Intel® EII (Edge Insights for Industrial) qualification, ensuring fast computational speeds and enhanced image quality for factory automation with upgraded efficiency and intelligence.

iEPF-9010S-EY4 attained the Machine Vision Premium Select Grade Level

The iEPF-9010S-EY4 Robust Edge AIoT Platform, powered by 12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors, offers four DDR4 memory slots up to 128GB. It is equipped with an extensive array of I/O options, containing one VGA, one HDMI, one DP for display, five RJ45 Ethernet, six USB 3.2 ports, along with four COM (RS232/422/485) ports, two COM (RS232) ports, eight DI/DO ports. Flexible expansions encompass two PCIe Gen4x4 slots, one PCIe Gen4x8 slot or one PCIe Gen4x16 slot, and M.2 storage Key M, one M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, and one M.2 Key B slot for 4G/5G connections. With a high MTBF of 356,922 hours at 25°C and a wide operating temperature from -40°C to 75°C, it allows reliable vibration and shock tolerance. The iEPF-9010S-EY4 holds the same regulatory certifications as the iEP-9010E, making it a promising fit for premium select grade machine vision applications.
